Human Responsibilities

The Universal Declaration of Human Responsibilities

was issued in 1983 by the InterAction Council (35 former heads of state).

The 19 articles of Human Responsibilities are sensible rules for human behaviour (interactioncouncil.org) and was on the UN agenda in 1998 but not ratified. To sustain peace and stability in the world

there should be no rights without responsibilities.

Human Rights cannot exist in the absence of Human Responsibilities.

This is the guiding principle behind all of my posts.
